Our Process
Survey.
As no two gardens are the same, we make sure our system designer (usually our co-founder Andy) makes a visit to your home to survey your garden, getting to know the needs of your outdoor space, plants and your own individual preferences. During this time he will also take measurements to ensure that accurate estimations of materials required can be made.
Design.
We produce a bespoke design that is perfectly suited to your garden. This will reflect the size and shape, the type of plants you have, the available water pressure, and how you use your outdoor space, ensuring that your system is as efficient as possible.
Quote.
Based on the design we will then prepare a quotation for you, which comes with absolutely no obligation. Every quotation will be based upon your individual garden, however to get an idea of costings for different project types, please take a look at our case studies section. Once the quotation has been agreed, we will schedule your installation for a time that works for you.
Install.
Once the design is finalised, we send in our diligent, courteous installation team. We understand the importance of treating your property with the utmost respect. So where we remove turf, we cut it in to neat squares, ready to be replaced. Our unique trencher machines ensure that the ground where the pipes have been laid does not sink. Whilst it may be stressful to see your beautiful garden being disturbed, by the end of our installation you won't even know we've been there.
Maintain.
We offer a contract for yearly maintenance. This involves shutting down your sprinkler system for the winter months and then restarting the automatic irrigation in spring. On occasion animals chew through pipes or someone accidentally puts a garden fork through something they shouldn't, so we take the opportunity to check parts and replace them where necessary, thus ensuring a faultless performance throughout the spring and summer.
