Andy Leaver.
Victoria and I started Rosewood in 2012 because we wanted to combine my experience as a civil engineer with a love for landscape gardening. I find it fascinating that no two gardens are the same and each one has its own personality. Some customers love their lawns, others grow prize vegetables and some are all about their flowers. I enjoy designing a tailored, efficient irrigation system built around not just the garden but also the people who will enjoy it. Whilst the engineering side is important, I get the most satisfaction from developing good relationships and making sure our customers feel cared for.

We get a lot of satisfaction working with our domestic customers because they take great pride in their homes and their gardens. My day-to-day role is about ensuring smooth running on the operational side, which can be answering enquiries, speaking with our customers and scheduling our teams for maintenance calls and installations. This means that most of the time you’ll find me in the office working along with Louise, our office manager, and my sister Catherine, our marketing manager. Our team is such an important aspect of Rosewood and we feel proud that we get to work with a great bunch of people every day.
